We believe in maintaining an open practice, where our patients are encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in their orthodontic treatments. Our comfortable, family-friendly, modern practice creates an inviting atmosphere for you and your family. We have a game room and a complimentary beverage station, as well as convenient paperless check-in.

Dr. Lepley is a certified orthodontist, and has experience working with patients of all ages. She is pleased to offer advanced treatment options including metal and clear self-ligating braces, Invisalign, and Invisalign teen.

Meet Our Doctor

Dr. Casey Lepley is proud to serve Dallas and the surrounding communities. Her interest in orthodontics sparked when she was in the 7th grade and received orthodontics herself. She understands the needs and concerns of her patients, and strives to make each patient's orthodontic experience as comfortable, fun, and rewarding as hers was.

Education
After graduating from high school in Illinois, Dr. Lepley traveled to Florida where she attended the University of Florida in Gainesville. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She then advanced to the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. After dental school, Dr. Lepley completed a residency in orthodontics from the Baylor College of Dentistry. While there, she earned her Master's degree in Oral Biology and a certificate in orthodontics.

Through her memberships and commitment to the orthodontic community, Dr. Lepley participates in continuing education as a way to stay current on the latest advances in orthodontics, and to offer her patients the most up-to-date treatment options.

Outside of the Practice
Dr. Lepley and her husband, Matt, live in Dallas with their daughter, Harper, and their son, Pierce. Their golden retriever, Lily, rounds out the family. Matt is a teacher at Ursuline Academy of Dallas. They are both members and involved at Watermark Community Church. Dr. Lepley is also a member of the Dallas Junior League and a wish granter for North Texas Make-A-Wish Foundation. In her spare time, Dr. Lepley enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
